When will the Rendez-vous 2025 conference take place?
The conference will be held from September 13 to 14, 2025, at the Sheraton Saint-Hyacinthe.
What time does the conference start?
The conference officially begins on Saturday, September 13, at 9:00 AM. Please note that registration and welcome start at 7:00 AM with music, a barista, and breakfast.
When does the conference end?
The program concludes on Sunday, September 14, with Farah Alibay's conference, led by Karine Gagnon. It will start at 11:25 AM and end at 12:40 PM. A lunch box will be distributed; you can eat it on-site or take it with you.

How do I register?
You've received a personalized registration link. It's essential to complete all fields and make your workshop selections before the indicated deadline.
When do registrations close?
The registration deadline is July 25, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. EDT.
Can I change my choices after registering?
You can go back into your form to adjust your selections until registration closes. After this date, please contact tdcevents@transat.com for any modifications.

Do I need to book my room myself?
No, TDC is in charge of booking your hotel according to the criteria you selected via the online form.
What dates are available for booking?
You can book for the following dates:
- Arrival: September 11, 12, or 13
- Departure: September 13 or 14
What room types are available and at what price?
The per-night, per-person rates based on occupancy are:
- Single occupancy: $209
- Double occupancy: $110
- Triple occupancy: $76
- Quadruple occupancy: $62
Please note: Each co-occupant must book their portion of the room via the form and indicate the names of other people sharing their room.

Hotel Accommodation Cancellation
Cancel your hotel reservation via the registration form by August 8, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. EDT for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or unused rooms after this deadline.
Registration Fee Cancellation
Cancellations made before August 8, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. EDT, are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations or no-shows after this deadline are non-refundable.

How are workshops selected?
During registration, you need to make two choices from four professional development sessions, spread across two scheduled blocks.
How will I know which workshops I'm assigned to?
Your personalized agenda will be accessible via the event's mobile app one week before the conference.
With limited spots, your registration is essential to guarantee your presence.
How are Spotlight Presentations selected?
The 20-minute presentations offer a wonderful opportunity to explore innovative solutions and benefit from the valuable advice of our key partners. You will need to select 2 to 3 presentations from the list provided during registration.
Space is limited, so be sure to make your choice early to guarantee your spot!

Are meals included?
Yes. All meals from Saturday to Sunday noon are included. Vegetarian and common allergen-free options will be offered.
How do I report a dietary restriction?
You can indicate any restrictions in the registration form, in the designated section.

Is there a dress code?
Yes, the attire is business casual during the day. For the Transat evening, simply draw inspiration from the iconic 90s rave era: fluorescent colours, metallic silver, cosmic purples, electric blues, and UV-reactive shades.

When will the mobile app be available?
It will be available a few days before the event begins. You will be notified by email.

Is transportation included?
No, transportation to the conference venue is not included. It is your responsibility to arrange your travel.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes. The Sheraton Saint-Hyacinthe offers free parking for participants.

Is there a code of conduct?
TDC does not tolerate any inappropriate behaviour, verbal or physical. Any language, gesture, or behaviour deemed disrespectful or inappropriate will result in immediate action. The consent form as well as the terms and conditions are available at the end of your registration.
TDC expects you to honour your commitment to participate in conference activities, which includes attending all sessions, the TDC Travel Showcase, the workshops, and all other conferences and activities throughout the event.

Will I receive other communications after the event?
Yes, by checking the appropriate box during registration, you consent to receive future marketing communications, event photos, and a post-event survey from TDC. You can unsubscribe at any time.
