Farah Alibay is a French-Canadian Aerospace Engineer. Born in Montreal (Quebec, Canada), she spent most of her childhood in Joliette (Quebec) and of her teenage years in Manchester (United Kingdom) tinkering with any project she could get her hands on and fascinated with space and exploration. These passions led her to pursue a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Aerospace & Aerothermal Engineering from the University of Cambridge (Cambridge, United Kingdom) before moving back across the Atlantic ocean to pursue a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Boston, USA) with a focus on Systems Engineering. In 2014, she joined NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) where she is currently part of the M2020 mission, working on the Perseverance rover, which landed on Mars in February 2021, and the Ingenuity helicopter, which performed the first powered flight on another planet in April 2021. Prior to joining the M2020 team, she worked on several other missions, including the InSight Mars Lander and its companion mission the Mars Cube One (MarCO) CubeSats.
Outside of her day-to-day job, Farah has a passion for science communication, having appeared in newspapers, tv and radio shows, and conferences across the world. She is a fierce advocate for women and minorities in STEM and has given herself the mission of contribute towards making this field more diverse and equitable. She is also active in her local community, notably as a Big Sister in the Los Angeles Big Brother Big Sister program, and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate, helping children navigate the foster care system. Finally, in her spare time, Farah can be found exploring the mountains near her home where she enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and mountaineering.
Recognized as one of the “Top 10 Up-and-Coming Entrepreneurs in 2023” by Success Magazine and recipient of the "Most Innovative Woman in Business Development Strategy" and the "Best International Business Consultant in Canada" at the Influential Businesswoman Awards. Sara holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University, majoring in Marketing. She holds some of the highest designation in the wealth management industry and a double certification in personal and professional coaching in neurolinguistic programming (NLP).
She has been one of the very few Canadian coaches invited by Forbes to join the Forbes Coaches Council, an honor reserved for the most eminent business coaches. She is also a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS) and the National Speakers Association (NSA) in the USA.
Sara is a multi-passionate entrepreneur who is interested in everything related to business, consumer psychology and, more specifically, human behavior.

Karine Gagnon has over 25 years of experience in the tourism industry, and her management roles in many sectors, including high-end hotels, tour operators and retail distribution, give her a 360° view of the entire customer experience from one end of the travel journey to the other. This outstanding trilingual communicator established her leadership skills early in her career, notably as Administrative Director and Sales Team Leader at Croisières AML. She climbed the ladder in the hotel industry, more specifically with high-end boutique hotels, first at the Loews Hotel Vogue, where she held the position of Director of Reservations and Revenue Management, and then at the W Hotel in Montreal as Director of Sales and Marketing. This stint in the hotel industry was interspersed with a position as General Manager of Sales for Eastern Canada at Air Canada Vacations.
She joined Transat in 2014, first as head of destination products and services, to become Commercial Director for Quebec in 2019. In 2022, she becomes General Manager of Transat Distribution Canada Inc. where she oversees the activities of the largest travel agency network in Canada.
It was during his military career with the Royal 22e Régiment that Capt(ret) Steve Waterhouse traded his weapon for a keyboard and became one of the first cyber soldiers in Canada. After working to train soldiers and officers in combat arms, Steve went on to work on the implementation of the first military administrative networks at LFQAHQ, Base Montreal and Collège militaire royal de Saint-Jean with the Canadian Armed Forces, as well as the implementation of modern cyber security practices as the first Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO). He continues to share his passion and experience as a lecturer at the University of Sherbrooke in the Master’s degree program in information security – prevention component. He is invited to bring his experience and expertise to committees of the House of Commons of Canada and the National Assembly of Quebec and is frequently asked to comment on cyber security issues in the Canadian media. Mr. Waterhouse was also the first Assistant Deputy Minister of Government Security and Cyber Security for the Quebec Ministry of Cyber Security and Digital Affairs until early 2023
Joseph Adamo was appointed Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Transat in April 2021, a role he holds concurrently with his position as President of Transat Distribution Canada (TDC). He joined Transat in 2011 as Senior Director, then became Vice President, Marketing and E-commerce. Subsequently, he was named General Manager of TDC, and then President, his current role, which he held concurrently with the position of Vice President and Chief Distribution Officer for Transat from May 2017 to April 2021.
With over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service, he has held key positions at major companies, including the advertising agency McCann-Erickson, TELUS Mobility, Bell Canada, and Yellow Pages Group, prior to joining Transat.
Joseph holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, as well as the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. He chairs the board of directors of LOC International, serves on the boards of governors and the foundation for St. Mary's Hospital Center, and is a director of the Alliance de l'industrie touristique du Québec.
With over 25 years of experience in corporate training, Julie Bilodeau has maintained a strong passion and desire to constantly push the boundaries of creativity. Her expertise as a trainer, combined with her significant creativity and skills in personnel management, allows her to anticipate and revolutionize approaches and practices in workplace training to adapt to diverse needs.
Having joined Transat over 25 years ago, she has held the position of Senior Director, Organizational Development and Talent Management since December 2024.
Camille Bouchot has been Marketing Manager at TDC since May 2024.
Camille has nearly 15 years of experience in marketing. She was Senior Marketing Manager at Altitude Sports and Marketing Manager at Club Med Canada, where she excelled in strategic project management and team leadership.
Camille holds a master's degree in commerce and marketing from Toulouse Business School in France and has also completed specialised studies in project management and e-marketing at HEC Montréal.
At TDC, Camille is responsible for steering the strategy and execution of local and national marketing activities for our network with her team.
Seasoned senior executive and marketing strategist, Marc Pelletier has spent the last 15 years of his career increasing the influence and profitability of iconic brands by offering them a distinct identity.
A unique voice that stands out and resonates with their customers. He has extensive knowledge of the retail marketing environment, brand management and franchises.
He was vice-president of marketing at La Cage (Grandio group), and previously worked for various large organizations such as Bell Canada and Lasik MD. Marc Pelletier has been Senior Director, Marketing, Communications and Events at TDC since May 2023.

Dianne is an accomplished senior leader with over 30 years of experience in the Canadian travel industry, spanning multiple sectors, including tour operations, retail travel agencies, travel insurance, and travel technology.
She has held board positions with Skal Toronto, the IATA Agency Passenger Joint Council, and the Sustainable Development Committee for Signature Vacations. Throughout her career, Dianne has held progressive leadership roles, including Vice President, Commercial & Retail at Merit Travel/Red Label Vacations; Vice President, Retail at Red Label Vacations (redtag.ca, iTravel2000.com, and The Travel Experts); Director of Sales at Signature Vacations; Director of Business Development at SellOffVacations; Director of Product Development at CAA Club Group; and Director of Sales – Canada for Allianz Assistance. Additionally, she served as Canada Account Executive for Expedia Affiliate Network. In 2020, she launched her own business, Reps4Rent, before joining Transat Distribution Canada (TDC). Earlier in her career, Dianne also owned a retail travel agency and co-owned a chain of bargain centers.
Dianne is a Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) and holds an Executive Sales certificate from the Schulich School of Business. She has earned diplomas in both Travel & Tourism and Adult Education/Facilitation from Seneca College and holds a certificate in Mental Health in the Workplace from Queen’s University. A recognized industry speaker, she was a keynote speaker for ACTA Atlantic in 2007 and is a certified facilitator for Exceptional Sells…No Exceptions by Stuart Ellis Myers – Uniquely Speaking.
In her current role at Transat Distribution Canada (TDC), Dianne enjoys working closely with franchisees and affiliate members across Canada, outside of Quebec.
Dominic Lavoie-Michaud is a dynamic leader, coach, and dedicated mentor who has developed expertise in instructional design, media content development, and team management over the past 12 years. As Head of Training at Transat, he has been committed to leading, training, and advising teams of trainers and training designers through motivating and innovative projects.
